The coordinated entry program from ECCM ensures that all people experiencing a housing crisis have fair and equal access and are quickly identified, assessed for, referred, and connected to housing and assistance based on their strengths and needs.

What are the requirements to receive housing under this program?

Our Coordinated Entry System (CES) program abides by Housing First Principles; as such, families experiencing homelessness are granted emergency housing resouces regardless of income, criminal records, substance abuse, or whether they are exiting an institution.
