Erie County Emergency Rental Assistance Program

The ECCM Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) stopped taking new applications on December 13th, 2024, and applications submitted on this date and earlier will continue to be processed until funds are exhausted.  Due to the large volume of applications received, there is no guarantee that all submitted cases waiting for review, or those cases that have been assigned to an Auditor for review, will receive assistance before funds run out.  If you have a Court Ordered eviction from a Magisterial District Judge or a Utility shut off notice, documentation can be submitted so a case can be prioritized for review.  To discuss other options for rental or utility assistance, you can contact the ECCM Coordinated Entry line @ 814-Shelter (743-5837) Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm. Thank you.
